in 140 characters or less please describe yourself *
I’m from Southern California and live in Washington DC. I work a day job as a travel administrator but want to form my own business.
who do you listen to? who influences you currently? famous or not alive or not *
Music is more of a distraction to me. I don’t listen to it in any way that would matter. Honestly couldn’t tell you the names of any popular singers.
what do you like to do when you’re not working? *
Writing fiction. I want to start my own writing business.
How do you organize yourself? *
what is your morning or evening routine? *
I was in the Army, so my morning routine is pretty short and simple. Get up, do some stretches, do personal items, set the timer for 30 minutes, surf the internet, then make breakfast, get dressed, a bit more surfing, and out the door.
What is your favorite quote or what quote comes to mind ? *
“The wild dreams of today are the practical realities of tomorrow.” — Admiral Nelson, Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea (1961)
What skill(s) would you like to learn? *
I’m always trying something new, so it’s hard to say, other than what’s for today, which may change with first contact.
What thing(s) do you do better than most people? *
What thing(s) would someone be surprised to know about you? *
I’m a veteran of the first Gulf War, and I’ve marched in the Memorial Day Parade in Washington DC.
What 1–3 tips would you give to someone who wanted to improve their life *
You have to make whatever you want a priority. It’s not going to happen just by saying “I’m going to do that.”
Which person alive or not, famous or not would you like to hangout with? *
Albert Einstein of Isaac Asimov
