Hands down THE most inspiring story I’ve ever read about customer service. I really salute your approach! One question though (coming from a student and aspiring small small business owner)— how feasible would this be for small businesses? I don’t see myself having the budget to send cookies or pizzas to all my customers, as much as I’d love to do it.
