This study presents an assessment of the current public policies in Central America, related to net neutrality, access to the Internet, surveillance and online data protection. It describes the current state of the areas, but also the relevant stakeholders that might influence and advance those. The study covers the current situation in Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Costa Rica and Panama.
