And, yes, you should check out Intercom and Customer.io. We’ve been using Intercom for awhile and it’s pretty powerful. Customer.io works very well too and is actually a bit more intuitive and cheaper if you’re not looking for a MVP of communications. Also, A/B testing is available on the base tiers unless I’m mistaken unlike Intercom.

Problem with both? Charting the data collected. Neither has in-app charting/analysis solutions.
