Well, we all know the well-known quote health is wealth. In today’s hurry and worried life, we have no time for our fellow body and mind. Let’s dive into this problem.

Why health is important

I think this is a silly thing to say that why health is important because we know that well but we do not follow the things necessary for a healthy life, at least after the pandemic we have gathered some knowledge about the importance of health. So first we need to accept that we do not follow a healthy lifestyle, then the actual gap will be disclosed. See health is like the central point of a wheel that binds together the other aspects of life. Because if health deteriorates, if we fall sick, nothing will make us happy, nothing will make us productive and we know that. If health is at its optimal level, we can be joyful, productive, and more balanced.

Physical health

When we talk about health the first thing that comes to our mind is the body. When we were born we get sound health in terms of the body but through time our ignorance makes our body more unhealthy. So it’s important to know how can we make our bodies more fit and active. It is not rocket science we know a few things to make ourselves more healthy and fit.

The basics:

· Nutritious diet

We all know that nutrition is very much needed for the body as it keeps our body moving energizing and healthier. We should keep our diet in the form of a bouquet of protein, carbs, and fat with a package of vitamins and minerals.

· Exercise

It’s another important factor contributing the major fitness. A little bit of exercise each day keeps us more active and mindful.

· Sleep

Good sleep is also needed because we feel more exhausted, dull, and lazy without it. A sound sleep is necessary for an energetic start to the day. Good sleep also reduces stress, improves our mood, and reduces muscle pain and aches.

Mental health

Medication is probably the best practice to do for mental health. A lot of research shows that meditation can help t lower blood pressure by lowering stress (a vampire that sucks health from us). mediation is surely an important practice for a calm and focused mind. (a calm and focused mind will do the best job, right !). in today’s digital life we share more screen time that might not make our day more productive, a meditation session before starting the day is like a flow of positive energy that makes your day more exuberant and productive.

Factors that affect a healthy life :

· Socioeconomic condition is certainly the most important factor because it determines the resources for getting a healthy food environment

· Genetic factors: these also determine certain disease occurrences in later life. Some genetic predispositions cause diabetes high blood sugar cane etc.

· Environment: environment also impact our health following factors contribute to health degradation

· Pollution

· Living in an Unhygienic area

· Poor water quality

· Lack of access to a medical facility

· Global environmental issues
