Pomodoro Technique

I decided to write a blog on acts of kindness by setting the Pomodoro time (alarm). Firstly, I just consulted the internet to have some good quotes regarding kindness and then wrote some lines from my thoughts. It took 10 minutes to proceed and then I wrote 5 random acts of kindness by thinking that how it actually happened. Then at last i gave conclusions that what i actually learned by performing these acts. It took 15 minutes to proceed further but suddenly the alarm responded and still I had to publish this blog on medium.

Apart from this now i came to know by applying the Pomodoro technique you can complete your tasks on time and can also accomplish many other pending work. It actually inculcate the habit of punctuality. Although i faced some little bit distractions like receiving a call and some text regarding my research work. But now it is clear to me if you allow yourself to be free from any type of distraction you can easily be able to achieve your particular goal. So this Pomodoro technique is very constructive for an individual to perform his responsibilities and building a habit of finishing work on time.
