I love this piece by my coworker Anny! Her icon work reminds me of terminology — it’s often much more complicated than people think, and small changes can have big rippling effects across the ecosystem (especially for big, complicated products like at Adobe). Sometimes small, iterative changes over time are the best, rather than big, sweeping launches.
