Let go, two words that are said in less than a second but whose practice can change lives. Letting go is one of the most difficult exercises we will have to face sooner or later. And if we do not learn to let go of our own initiative, we will have to learn to do it anyway — life will take care of teaching it to us — and this means that we will suffer more.
