He Finds A Dead Worm In His Cucumber. The Letter He Wrote To Tesco Is Going Viral!

Next time you come across someone from the customer service department, you’d be curious to know if they are as witty as this customer service executive from Tesco. Everything seemed usual for Rob, a customer service executive at Tesco, until one of Tesco’s customers, Wes Metcalfe, decided to entertain everyone with a whimsical tale of a dead worm found in one his packed cucumbers which he bought from Tesco.
Things took off as soon as Wes decided to share on Facebook, his experience of shopping at a Tesco in Dinnington, Sheffield. After finding a suffocated and probably dead worm wrapped within one of his cucumber package, Wes was not the one to be silent about this. He decided to complain it to the Tesco authority right away. This is what Wes Metcalfe’s complaint looked like…

Now take a look at Tesco’s reply, it’s hilarious!
He adopted the worm as his pet and named him William, only to realize that he was already dead! All his love and nurture could not bring William back! :’(

But this short tragic love story did turned out to be interesting when Rob, Tesco’s customer service executive decided to play along! Check out Rob’s amusing response:

We all thought this ended here, but secretly wished for more! Our wishes came true when Wes responded with a funeral update for the dead worm! Because who wouldn’t?
Check it out on the Next Page!
Just when we thought the funeral would only be on Tesco’s Facebook page, Wes shared an image of the funeral!

William looked so alive in the picture :(

Wait until you get to see what Rob had to say for this!

But Wes wasn’t finished yet. So he wrote back, and it’s hilarious! Read his response on the Next Page!

Next funeral I attend, I want Rob there.

The next party I attend, I definitely want Wes to be there!

This became one of the most famous funerals when more than 80,000 people shared and liked this!

I’m almost determined to write to Tesco requesting a raise for Rob! Let me know if you agree!
