5 Reasons to Hire Women Over 40 at Your Tech Startup

It’s funny reading the headline. I wouldn’t need five reasons. I wouldn’t need two. I’d naturally gravitate toward any woman over 40 who applied. If I were in a position to be hiring, this group would be my first stop go-to crowd. Even when in my 30s, it always made sense to have the maturity level of a women over 40 around and it worked out great. I wouldn’t need to even read this as all seem perfectly obvious to me. (But I know there are many who need to be reminded:) And yes that’s an emoji and usually I’m never caught dead using those.
