Ramadan and Human Endurance
On Sunday 18th of June, I participated in a race of 10.4 miles in Ridgeway. It was 30 celsius. I must add that I was fasting — meaning, I was NOT drinking water or eating food. My human endurance was tested. I did run. It took me for 1:50 minutes. Afterwards, I felt really good.
Human endurance is everything. You’d be surprised how strong you are when you run without food or water!
