Why You Must Not Eat Meat and Fish

I must confess that I love meat and fish. Nevertheless, I must stop eating them for my health.

Health. People blame their parents for their illnesses. Doctors say that you have a high blood pressure or this or that because of your father or mother: genetic predisposition. In England, my Somali community accepts that belief, wholeheartedly.

I’ve been telling them that is a nonsense belief. You won’t develop the same disease that your father or mother have unless you eat the same foods. Generation to generation people eat the same foods as their fathers and mothers ate, and therefore they develop the same diseases. To say that my parents had it therefore I may develop it too is a bad excuse.

If you eliminate all the dairy products from your dietary, you will be healthier with the help of God!

Meat, fish, cheese and milk cause heart diseases, diabetes, high cholesterol, cancer and high blood pressure. These diseases are caused by our foods and drinks rather than anything else!

Eat more greens and vegetable; cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, garlic, lemon and lime. Eat less; ones a day! And move more. walk a lot, drive less.

Remember you are responsible for your health. You are also responsible for your illness. #Stay health.
