My own experience of reading ikigai
have learned lot off from books and reading the bestsellers books which i raised a good mind full of informations and lessons , it taught me to choosing the right decisions which was much easier to understand the world and myself as well ,as a reader I got few of books last year and I started to develop myself and teach myself new things for my life and as a student to know more about my authentic self.I read a book which called “ikigai” “ a reason for being” and the secret of Japanese to long and happy life ,it the reasons of jumping from the bed in the morning .I did quite of research and I found this book is very interesting and it make a sense .

They asked few Japanese villagers in ogimi ,in northern okinawa wich has the highest life expectancy in the world about the secret of long and behind the happiness in Okinawa ,a Japanese women has 97 years old said that she never be sick ,not even cold ,the people of Okinawa live together with their families with long smile in there face ,taking care of there health and food ,so that they do not injure themselves and they steel draw energy and positive mind
What is ikigai *
Every one have his way to be happy and energetic ,who like practising sport ,work, Craft …like several things we created to do to be free or decrease our anxiety . “the much you created things ,the much you grow and be open to others stuff” and live in the present moment is one of secret of livening happy ,
According to the Japanese, everyone has an ikigai. An ikigai is essentially ‘a reason to get up in the morning’. A reason to enjoy life.

- 6 Smile : it is good to recognize the things that aren’t so great but we should never forget what we privilege it is to be here and now
