Just one small correction — the Forbes article on healthcare system comparisons misspoke (and therefore your quote offers the wrong numbers)— it referenced a graph of healthcare spending growth, not spending.

In 2013, Switzerland spent about 11.5% and the USA just over 17% of GDP.

Others have already made sensible commentary on your points on diversity. I live in the Lausanne region where it has an expat community nearing 40%… truly international — and more beautiful for it.
