Pomodoro Technique is time management technique which is developed by Francesco Cirillo in 1980 s this technique contains a timer which break down the work into different intervals which are 25 minutes in length and these intervals are separated by short breaks these intervals are known as Pomodoro.

Pomodoro technique is the best way to stay focus on a single thing by utilizing minimum amount of time ,we run against the time to complete our assignments and tasks and try to meet the dead lines but gratification monkey does not allow us to complete our tasks before the dead line so pomodoro technique is best treatment to avoid the gratification monkey and distractions

The experience of pomodoro technique was very interesting for me i did not find it difficult because I utilize this technique in my life especially during exams , by using this technique I accomplished all my tasks within in the set time and the 15- 30 minutes break after 4 pomodoros helped me to refresh my mind and decreased my mental fatigue, the most unique thing in this technique is that it maintains motivation, so on the whole this is very productivity technique, by utilizing this technique we can do more and can have fun with time management.

In order to improve my this experience i will first select a suitable place for the timely completion of my tasks then i will turned off my mobile phones in order to avoid distraction and try to give full concentration to my work.
