The way of living a life is change everyday. The dynamics of life are changing every second.Like these changes , In the field of job the method of applying and getting a job is changing. So ,to tackle these ways we have to prepare our self from every aspect without thinking any short cut.

Hard work always beats talent.

So, what you guys think? how you overcome the fear of Interview .I suggest you to go for in person drop.It overcome you fear to somehow. You can say that this is assessment before giving final test.Through in person drop every month you feel change is yourself and you feel more confident and one of the most important thing When you go for your final interview you totally overcome this fear.

In-person makes you to try something new ways for giving a perfect interview.

So,what the things which we have for In-person drop ? The answer of this question I gave through my own In-person experience.I firstly search out the potential company of my related field but unfortunately the problem I faced was that my field had only Government jobs. But If you have same case don’t be disappointed start finding some alternative like I found an in-person drop in the hiring of project of USAID who was hiring the researchers.

working for betterment.

When I came to know this opportunity I filled online application form.In filling application form I found problem of filling because there hiring process was little bit demanding of those skills which I haven’t.But this problem was not to big because there were little skills which I haven’t according to the demand of hiring.I customized my resume and cover letter and submit the application form.First step done successfully.

Don’t wait for opportunity create it.

Now I started searching the HR recruiter who was hiring through networking. After searching this I took my print out of customized resume and cover letter.I remind all the rules of how to equip and be real in interview which I learnt in my Amal Career Prep fellowship. Then I prepared my elevator pitch , Elevator Pitch is a 60 sec intro of yourself in which you describe your love, goals ,education and passion for a company.

Be equip and Be real.

Then I went for In-person drop but there peon stop me from entering.I asked the HR recruiter name and I asked the peon I want to meet them. The peon asked me to stop for a while after some time I was allowed to go into the office of HR recruiter. The recruiter was a very nice person .I introduce my self and told them why I come there .The recruiter really impressed because the in-person drop was totally different from the interview schedule process. So,he asked from me the reason of coming and I told them about my reason of coming there.

You have to have a 100 % belief.

The recruiter go through my cover letter and resume .I told about my passion for this job. Moreover I thanks him for giving me a opportunity for this In-person drop from there precious and worthy time schedule.Be relaxed and calm you fear and nervousness as much as you can and give your in-person drop as naturally as you can. After giving me there precious time he returned back my resume and cover letter.

I stand up and say thank you sir! It’s really nice to meet you and thank you for giving me your time from your busy schedule. The recruiter smiled and say welcome we shall contact you soon. Then they gave me there card.I returned to home and wrote a thank you mail for there time in evening .

A thank you mail makes your chance of hiring more.

I learned from in-person drop was that how to practically behave at the time of nervousness and interview pressure and how to overcome the 1 mint villain.Unfortunately, or you can say that Luckily I faced only one challenge which was that of skills were not as it is I had which was demanding in Job description. But I overcome this challenge by giving my best in interview.what I am going to done next time was that I gave more focus on my body language and villain of nervousness.I hope all those who read this blog must learn something from my experience.I didn’t share any pic because if I take pics from recruiter .It shows I am not serious about this job and do only for social popularity.

Give best there is only two options yes or no so make them yes but giving your best efforts.
