Maximize Productivity with The “Pomodoro Technique”

Starting a task that you plan is really a difficult. We often make time table but don’t follow it and procrastinate our task till eleventh hour. It looks as hard as “Eating a Frog”. Amazing thing is that eating this frog is possible with a techniques called “Pomodoro Technique”. Are you excited to know what is it? So this is actually your stickiness to a set alarm in order to maximize your productivity. This Techniques has five steps:

1. Decide on the task to be done
2. Set the Pomodoro timer (alarm) to 25 minutes.
3. Work on the task until the timer rings. If a distraction pops into your head, write it down, but immediately get back on the task.
4. After the timer tings, put a star (or a tick) on a piece of paper.
5. Take a short 3–5 minute break.
I have eaten lots of frogs through this technique. I schedule a number of frogs on daily basis and easily eats them. So I started task involving preparing for test, preparation for admission interview, doing my home tasks, writing blogs, taking online lectures, and completed them with the help of this techniques without taking stress. Through 3–5 minutes break I was able to get more energy and utilize it in effective way. Before this I had a habit of doing tasks at eleventh hour and I got frustrated by continually working for 6–7 hours. When I have started practice this technique my work load was over and I was able to do more work in more productive manner and even get ready to do more. Now I have the habit of eating more frogs with Pomodoro technique.
