Time management is an art and not everyone excels in this regard. One of the best ways to manage your things is to prioritize the tasks. Even though I also don’t exercise it but all thanks to Amal for letting us know about this amazing technique.

So, firstly I adopted this technique as a task allotted to me and spend literally hours thinking about my prioritizes. What is it that urgent and important to me as well what comes first in my bucket list.

Finally I made up my prioritizing list as I’m having my exams so the thing that is important as well as urgent to me right now is to prepare for my exam. So I set out six hours for my exam preparation and then I give tuition at an institution and my students are also having their exams approaching. Thus my second priority is to prepare my lectures for them and lastly the thing that is urgent and important is to complete my Amal coursework as well as the project work.

Then comes in the pile the things that are not urgent but important. I love painting and mostly I paint in my leisure time. I have started a painting and can’t leave it undone. So it’s important to me to finish it, so I marked out an hour to finish it.

There are things that are urgent but not as important for me like my cousin is getting married and I have to attend the marriage and have to decide on my cloth that what I’m supposed to be wearing. I set out an hour in the night to decide it.

Lastly comes the things that are not important to me is using Facebook and I marked out whatever little time left to use social media.

It’s a pretty useful technique and I really enjoyed prioritizing my things and acting according to this list and will use this technique in future as well.
