Sharing the tips with a working professional and gather their feedback

I tried to arrange a meeting with one of my my professor and supervisor Sir Haseeb Ullah Khan Jatoi and Sir Rizwan Ali.I always have a very thoughtful conversation with them. this time our conversation revolved around the Amal fellowship Program I can see their interest how they engage themselves in discussion. Its true

Sharing information with employees make them feel invested”.

They Appreciated me and like always they encouraged me to participate in such type of activities, Sir Haseeb ullah khan jatoi is a great teacher as well he was my role model during four years of my graduation as he has a incredible exposure in education as well as in operation sector.

He worked as shift manager in Fauji Fertilizer company for two years and then he joined Engro fertilizer and served for almost two year there.Later on he left Engro Fertilizer and joined UET as Lecturer now he is working Assistant professor in Chemical Department of UET.

I asked for some time at least 3 minutes to discuss the tips with him to get thoughtful feedback. As Sharing tips with Mentor and getting feedback is like a gift from them.

Tip 1: Put your time in: Everyone starts out doing grunt work till trust is proven
Tip 2: Don’t talk badly about the company or about your boss
Tip 3: Take control of your relationship with your boss and team members
Tip 4: Find a mentor and manage the relationship strategically
Tip 5: Join a professional body and build your network
Tip 6: Embrace change and reflect on what you are learning daily

He appreciated me for taking such a useful course and sharing tips with him. We had a discussion of about 25 minutes on different tips.He advised me to use these tips in my future career. He was little against of making personal relations with boss or manager but when I explained it in the way Sohail Sb explained, like it s the investment to build a personal relation as we should take it as public relation and public relation dealing is very important at every level so then also agreed with me and with my arguments.

Moreover, he was saying there is no benefit of spending your money on others just to build your relations. When I told him that this is an investment that you are making and it will pay you back if you invest it wisely. Means that you should not waste too much money on every single person but only at those people who can be proved fruitful for you in your career then he was quite satisfied with my arguments.

It was a great Meeting With my Mentor and sharing tips with him also booted my confidence, and he shared his personal experiences, overall it was super cool to meet with sir Haseeb ullah Khan Jatoi. he advised me just do what you want to do and do with dedication, and its obvious if you want to achieve something you have to pay the price for it, so keep believing in your dreams and keep going in your life with positive thinking and with positive energy.

I thanked him for his precious time, and for his thoughtful feedback.
