‘’Pomodoro technique’’

Most productivity techniques that are base their functioning in two points:

a. The consistent focus in tasks preventing simultaneity
b. The rest periods between them

This technique is based on studies which support that after 25 minutes our concentration declines, it is for this reason that it is necessary to take a break in order to keep the productivity level. Forcing ourselves to stop will allow us to work more efficiently for a longer period of time

I used the Pomodoro Technique while doing my Amal Projects as I was putting it off a long time and delaying it , something that I needed was Full attention and concentration. I applied This Technique I switched off my cell phone and logged out from Face Book. I decided to keep me away from all distractions. I made a to do list that which Project is more Important and to do First. I did it Brilliantly by using this Pomodoro Technique.

‘’To make this work long-term, I had to face these things and learn to accept them, working with, rather than against them’’

After that I gave a magic hug to myself for this accomplishment and I was so excited about my work that I did in a amazing way. then I decided to put my brain on rest I took almost 30 minutes break and had a glass of Fresh pineapple Juice and gone for a walk

This was an amazing experience to work in a SMART manner to gain maximum.

Slowly but surely, I developed a formula that would forever change how I work.
