Rather than defining a roster of roles to be filled (designer, copywriter, etc.), I look at our team as a family of aligned talents whose collective synergy is greater than the sum of its parts. We compensate for each other’s strengths and weaknesses. One person’s hyper-able skill complements something missing in the other person and vice versa.
