There are umpteen blogs, sites and all kinds of platforms telling you how to lose weight. I am NOT here to tell you how nor what to do. Most importantly I am NOT here to tell you that you should lose weight at all.

I am here to share my trials and tribulations on the path to change my lifestyle. I am just starting out. To my chagrin it may be important that I share certain details with you, if you may want to relate to it.

Height: 5'2"

Weight: 95 kgs

Habits: Vegetarian, Do not sleep or eat on time, no exercise.

Medical issues: PCOD

Background: Indian residing in Canada.

Having believed in baby steps and succeeded in the past following that method, I am going to apply that here as well . The goal is to change my lifestyle so that I am not dependent on medicine for the rest of my life nor do i wish to develop any other medical issues; this may mean, that not only will I need to change how my day is spent but my lifestyle and my fitness level as well.

They (random people) say that a habit is formed in 21 days but takes up to 2 years for it to become intuitive to the body or mind. I like to reward myself when I achieve the teeny tiny goals that I have set out for myself.

Goals will be broken down into 1 day, 2 days, 3 days,5 days, and so on and so forth. I will share with you all at the beginning of the goal and if and when the goal is met. Will tell you how and what I did to achieve that goal. Will share the rewards that I gave myself as well.

Goal 1. Drink 4 glasses of water as soon as you wake up. First glass being lemon water.

Why water first thing in the morning? Flushes out the toxin build up from the night, Starts your metabolism

Why lemon water?Boosts immune system, Natural diuretic, Purify and stimulate liver.

Both aid in weight loss

Need to have: a sieve, Lemons ( not limes)

I start tomorrow on my quest to get healthy and hopefully fit.

My current photo so you may see what I look like today :)
