Week 08: GSoC`23 with OpenMRS

“Hello Everyone! Welcome back to the exciting blogging series where I share my incredible journey of the GSoC project. I genuinely hope all of you are doing fantastic and are as thrilled about my progress as I am!

Before wasting much time let’s get to the updates for this week.

Updates for the week:

This week was full of challenges and achievements. In this week I worked on patient-registration and completed almost all of the tests. I worked on the person-attributes-field.component.tsx and created a PR #760 which is currently in review. I also worked on coded-person-attribute-field.component.tsx and created a PR #762 which got merged.

After working on these two I also worked on the text-person-attribute-field.component.tsx and relationships-section.component.tsx but the few tests are failing in these two components due to multiple reason. So I have created draft PRs for both of them. The draft PRs are:-

— relationships-section.component.tsx — #767

I have explained why the tests are failing in the PR comments. I will be grateful if you will have a look and provide the guidance.

Goals for the Week:

Last week I completed the patient-registration-app and now I am ready to move to the next front-end module. This week goal will be to write tests for esm-active-visits-apps.
