After 9/11, when I am NYC to promote TECH Trending on a national cable tech TV show, work with then business editor Pat Lyons on another future transport tech story, and prep for my American National Standards Institute (ANSI) award, I find myself writing almost exclusively about anti-terrorism technology and procedures for global transport pubs and others. Eventually, I write a story published in three trade mags, that reports on then Gov. Jeb Bush’ top port security man claiming his gang had solved the thorny port worker data info relay problem to track possible terrorists who might cart suitcase bombs from a port into a metropolis.
