
Let’s do pomodoro in our life.
After I started my university I rarely get time for myself. As I was too busy to do something for myself. My own works getting delay. Then I listened about the time management technique which name is pomodoro technique. This technique is very useful. I used pomodoro technique in managing my room settings. My room was getting very messy from last few days. There were books on table, my clothes on bed. Anyhow my room was very disturbed then I apply the pomodoro technique. In my first interval of 25 minutes I clear my room from all unwanted stuff. Then a break. I put second interval in which I set my books in bookshelf and this time was so productive for me. I didn’t procrastinate anything in this interval. I feel very relaxed because my room was clear and organized and there were only positive vibes.
I suggest all you to add pomodoro in your life. It really works. There are three easy steps which are as follows :
- First you have to assign task.
- The interval of 25 minutes.
- Complete your task now feel relax.
