In Person Drop

I had an experience to drop my resume in person to my favourite company where i wish to have a job opportunity and want to make my career. As all of us know the importance of dropping resume in person and its enormous benefits like we can get to know little about the Hiring manager or recruiter and the other thing we can give them good idea about our good personality by talking with them for a while and by giving our elevator pitch.

As with commitment to meet the recruiter personally and giving them some of my good impressions i went to my dream company with a purpose to drop my resume in person. i thought its not big deal to meet personally to the HR Manager or with rectuiter but the result was totally different.

I went to the reception to get to know about the HR Manager to drop my resume but they said me to give them on the reception. So i could not do anything except hand over the resume to receptionist.

The challenges i faced were firstly it was quite difficult to find out the exact address of the company where i can drop my resume. Then to meet the recruiter personally was difficult as i argued with the receptionist to meet me with recruiter.

Next time i will try to know the name of the recruiter and to get the number of HR Department so that i can make contact with them and get permission to meet them.
