Practice of active listening
I liked Silence and Mixer to practice them. These are really new for me to hear so many things and making difference between them and recognizing what is it. It gives the peace in mind and relax feelings while listening everything around us. It was really interesting experience and from now i will definately work on it and try my best to practice these tips to become a good listener. RASA is the Sanskrit word for juice or essence. RASA in this instance stands for Receive, which means pay attention to the person; Appreciate, making little noises like “hmm,” “oh,” “okay”; summarize, the word “so” is very important in communication; and Ask, ask questions afterwards. RASA is very impressive technique to listen better in daily life and to become sincere with others by paying good attention to their thoughts and words and then giving them feedback with positive way to make them courage and motivation. I will definately apply this technique in interview so that i can listen better and i can answer appropriately as the interviewer is actually asking about.
