There is no time to exercise — such excuses are often given by us. Because we think exercise is a long-term issue. Exercise helps people keep physically healthy as well as it helps keep people mentally healthy.

Exercise makes you smarter

If you Want to get healthy life and longevity but there is no alternative to exercise every day. Spending some time behind the daily schedule of exercise will not only relieve stress but also prolong life.

Just two minutes of exercise a day can help boost your intellect and memory, according to a new study. Researchers at the University of Jonkoping in Sweden have found that single exercise has a positive effect on young people’s intellect and memory. Co-author of the study Mr. Peter Blomstrand said, “Exercise makes you smarter”.

In this study, researchers reviewed 13 older research papers on the benefits of exercise. The types of exercises reviewed included participants between the ages of 18 and 35 who were walking, running, and cycling.

The results of the review found that just two minutes of moderate to heavy exercise improved concentration, intelligence, and memory for 2 hours. Although the reason for this link remains unclear, the team hopes that the results of the study will encourage young people to exercise regularly.

The study was published in the journal Translational Sports Medicine. “This systematic review strongly suggests that exercises such as swimming, walking, jogging, and cycling improve young people’s attention, concentration, intelligence, and memory functions,” the researchers said. That is, it can have important educational implications. So practicing the best exercise techniques can help students improve their reading and memory.
