A person spends 80 percent of his waking time learning on his feet. Every day, 2,275,000 kilograms of pressure is placed on both legs. So it is not uncommon to feel pain in the legs from time to time. Leg pain can be caused by many reasons, such as shoes not fitting, arthritis, diabetes, and insufficient blood circulation.

Leg Pain

Here are some ways you can alleviate foot pain.

Dipping feet in cold and hot water: If you feel pain in the legs, following the process of increasing blood circulation can be beneficial. Take cold water in one bowl and hot water in another bowl to increase blood flow to the legs. Now sit in a comfortable chair and dip your feet in cold water. After five minutes, dip your feet in hot water. Repeat the process. This hydromassage will increase blood flow by gradually dilating and constricting the blood vessels in the legs.

Massage the feet: The pain is relieved by massaging the soles of the feet. There are specially designed rollers to do this well. If you can’t find it in the store, you can buy the product by ordering online. If you search online by typing ‘foot massage roller’, you will get it. Alternatively, you can roll your feet on a balloon or tennis ball or golf ball for a few minutes. You can also massage the oil with your hands. Massage the soles of the feet with three tablespoons of sesame oil mixed with three drops of clove oil.

Pick up a pencil using your toes: Spread some pencils on the floor. Then continue to pick up the pencils with your toes. Keep your fingers relaxed at this time. Sit the process first, then stand. This small exercise can reduce leg pain.

Stretch the toes: Wrap all the toes of a foot with a thick rubber band. Then open the band and extend the fingers for five seconds. Repeat this way 10 times to reduce foot pain. Those whose feet are often inside the shoe can benefit from this simple exercise.

Take tissue care: Pain in the ankle can be a symptom of plantar fasciitis, especially in the morning. Plantar fasciitis is an inflammation of the thick band of tissue that connects the ankle bone to the toe. Stretch the Achilles tendon to relieve this pain. Stand one meter away from a wall. Place both hands on the wall and bend the knees to bring the right leg forward. Now keep the ankle on the floor and straighten the left leg. Lightly stretch the ankles and arches. Change side after ten seconds. Repeat for a while.

Apply ice to the ankle: Ice can also reduce ankle pain. Hold an ice pack for about 20 minutes where there is a pain in the legs. Thus apply ice three times a day.

Take a foot bath: Homemade foot baths can also be helpful for foot pain. In a bowl, mix 2 drops of peppermint oil, 4 drops of eucalyptus oil, and 4 drops of rosemary oil with warm water equal to the ankles. Then soak the legs for 10 minutes.
