There is no substitute for breakfast for a healthy body. For those who are on a diet, doctors also forbid them to have breakfast in the morning. How much fresh your whole day will depend on breakfast. This requires a healthy meal in the morning.

There is no need to get bored and eat the same food every day to start your day well. Make occasional changes. But try to eat healthy food. Let’s find out, about some healthy breakfasts that will keep you fresh from the beginning of the day to the end.

Green Smoothie: You can start your day with this drink. Which is rich in vitamins and will keep you fresh all day long. Put half a cup of yogurt with half a cup of very little milk in a blender. Add 2 cups of cucumber, lettuce leaves, green capsicum, and carrot. Then blend. Keep this drink for a healthy breakfast rich in vitamins and nutrients.

Avocado Toast: Bake a loaf of bread and make toast. Make a creamy coating with avocado on it. Then poach an egg and put it on top. Sprinkle a little pepper powder and tomato pieces over the eggs before serving. This dish is beautiful to look at, delicious to eat, and healthy.

Sweet Potatoes: Sweet potatoes are simultaneously a source of calcium, magnesium, and potassium. So sweet potatoes for breakfast is undoubtedly healthy. Cut the big sweet potato in the middle and bake it with salt and pepper powder. When it is baked, cool it a little and put sour curd on it. Put sliced ​​banana on it. Spread cinnamon pieces (very small) on top. You can also give a little honey if you want but in small quantities.

Cereal Pancakes: If you want a healthy and veggie breakfast, you can eat Cereal Pancakes. Mix a few types of grains and keep them dry and powdered. Mix half a cup of cereal powder, a little ginger powder, chili powder, 1/4 tea-baking soda, half a cup of the water well. Put the whole mixture in a frying pan with a little olive oil. You can cut and spread some fruits and vegetables on top before eating.

Burrito: Burrito food is better understood by many of us here as Sharma. It can be a great meal for your breakfast. Basai hand-made bread, in the middle of which you can eat a little boneless chicken (cooked) and wrapped with vegetables of your choice. However, it is better if you eat whole vegetables without meat.

Oatmeal: There is no substitute for oatmeal for breakfast. It is sugar-free. Normal people and patients with all kinds of diseases can eat oatmeal for breakfast. You can mix oatmeal with hot milk and eat it with some pieces of fruit. Or you can make any other recipe with oatmeal. If you do not have diabetes, you can add sugar.

Yogurt Perfrid: Yogurt is good for our health. Everyone should have yogurt on their daily food list. But if you don’t have time due to work pressure or if you depend on outside food all day, you can eat yogurt Perfrid for breakfast. Perfrid is a mixture of fruits and nuts. So you can mix the fruit of your choice with a cup of yogurt. You can put almond crumbs on it. Then put it in the fridge. Take it out shortly before eating in the morning.
