So I was correct. You were not there.

Much of what you posted has anything to do with what I posted.

I know people who say it is their heritage. You can deny all you want but the facts are the facts. http://www.cnn.com/2017/08/18/us/new-confederate-monuments/index.html

A bit of perspective: The American Revolution was a bunch of traitors also.

Many who fought for the south, fought for their homes.

“I went to UVa. Got my college degree there.” — Awesome, you have a degree.

“I know several people who were there.” — so do I. And?

“My friend Jamie’s friend is the one who had a STROKE because he got hit by a tiki torch. “ — I hope he is doing much better

“My friend Gayelynn was one of the counter protesters — she saw EVERYTHING” — and….? The Gayelynn that has been in trouble for misinformation?

“READ TRUE ACCOUNTS OF THE PEOPLE WHO WERE THERE??” — individual accounts, as police would say, can and generally are not too reliable especially when they are directly involved.

FYI: People do not go to a anti-rally with helmets and weapons when they are not planning on using them.

I am not defending the haters.

I am providing facts and enlightening people like yourself who are not hearing the whole story.

Some live video of the event and eye-witness testimonies that counter your opinion.
