Kudos to you David for knowing your strengths, creating this routine, and sticking to it! Now more than ever I identify with the notion of doing it NOW. I recently had a baby. It’s a lot of heart explosions, yes, but also my free time (or any time really) plummeted into the realm of non-existence. If I don’t write/exercise/read/whatever at 6 am (which is when he’s consistently sleeping…at least for now) I will never do it. As tough as it is, it’s the kind of motivation that I never had before.
