All of the above are features / product specifications.

But if the sales person is unable to tell you that

4gb ram can help you to run the applications and games faster.

21 megapixels can help you to take candid pictures which can make you happy in your life.

Good power back up will help to to stay connected with your professional and personal network for the entire day.


Hence instead of convincing the client or customer make sure that you are telling them how that product can positively impact on their life.

And then they will automatically consider your product.
