Go to https://aws.amazon.com, and click the upper right button that says “Sign In”.
Click “Create a new AWS account”.
Enter the appropriate information here and click “Verify email address”.
Check your email for the MFA code, enter it, and click “Verify”.
Enter the password you wish, and click “Continue (step 1 of 5)”.
Enter the appropriate information here, and click “Continue (step 2 of 5)”.
Enter a valid debit or credit card and click “Verify and Continue (step 3 of 5)”.
Use whichever method to verify your identity, and click “Send SMS (step 4 of 5)”.
Click “Complete sign up”.
