It is amazing what arguments meat eaters are using to deny that there is a problem.

Not all meat eaters are like that but thanks for the generalization. Meat is healthy part of a balanced diet and a good source of healthy cholesterol. Personally, I eat about 6–8oz of meat in a whole day. I generally have peanut butter as an alternative. Avoiding processed meat is the key to living healthy. In fact due to medical issues I am on a modified Atkins diet which doesn’t allow most vegetables or fruits, so then what am I left with?
