Yeah me neither. When I speak on subjects like this, I speak from direct experience. I fought the system for many, many years and then I had a kid. Suddenly, everything went from how things should be to how to best survive. Even still I struggle because I have difficulty discerning between social hierarchy when it comes to how I treat people and “expected” respect.

While I probably wouldn’t stay there long, I have learned about burning bridges as well and how that can come back to bite you in the future. Because although they may be shitty managers, you just don’t who they are friends with or who they know.
