Isn’t it obvious that the article is written for those who can exercise? If you can’t exercise then the exercise won’t help you, as you explained it too.

Is caveat really necessary for something so obvious? When writing, let’s say, an article about benefits of running, should it really say: “Running is beneficial only for those who can run”?
