You have indeed stumbled upon something useful, simple yet powerful. Given a problem designers tend to draw it out and graphs are the best way to explain complex data.

But what you have done is explained the process in a friendly and giving way — this is what I am trying to do right now, and you have helped me so thanks.

Here is what we stumbled upon — same graphs but applied to brands and feelings about them. Again REALLY simple, but powerful. And again, though you do not say this, its about the process.

Also like you I have come to realise the power is in giving it to others.
