  1. Jumping Jacks: Start with your feet together and hands by your sides. Jump while spreading your legs apart and raising your arms above your head. Jump again, bringing your feet together and lowering your arms. Repeat for one minute.
  2. High Knees: Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Lift your right knee as high as you can while swinging your left arm forward, then alternate with the left knee and right arm. Continue alternating for one minute, aiming to maintain a quick pace.
  3. Wall Sit: Stand with your back against a wall and slide down until your knees are bent at a 90-degree angle. Hold this position for one minute, keeping your back against the wall and your thighs parallel to the floor. It’s an effective exercise for strengthening your leg muscles.
  4. Plank: Start in a push-up position, resting on your forearms instead of your hands. Engage your core and hold your body in a straight line from head to toe. Maintain this position for one minute, focusing on proper form and breathing.
  5. Mountain Climbers: Begin in a push-up position with your arms straight. Bring your right knee toward your chest, then quickly switch legs, bringing the left knee in while extending the right leg back. Alternate legs in a running-like motion for one minute, engaging your core throughout.
  6. Squats: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Bend your knees and lower your hips as if you were sitting back into an imaginary chair. Keep your chest up and lower until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Stand back up to complete one repetition. Repeat for one minute.
