Bahrain Invests in its Educational Institutions

As part of the Education Ministry’s encouragement of investment in the private education, it has granted licenses to 17 private educational institutions, including nine schools and eight kindergartens, after meeting the requirements of Decree-Law 25/1998 and its executive bill. Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Nuaimi highlighted the importance of education in serving development in the kingdom, and providing quality education for all.

One private school and three kindergartens will open in the 2016–2017 academic year, and the remaining licensed institutions will open later after the completion of the final procedures.
