I love love this! It is so true and love this reminder. Our daily lives can be very busy and stressful. We need to find ways to reduce our stress every single day. We need to find time for ourselves to relax, unplug, and find balance in our lives. It can be so easy to forget ourselves and our needs. It can be easy to work ourselves till we are exhausted and tired. I love these tips to work less, make time for vacation, shorten your commute to work, make time to unplug, meditate, get outside, and add a daily dose of humor.

Each of those ideas are very important. The stress reliever I love the most is getting outside and exercising. I love to be in nature and be outdoors. I love adventure and exploring nature. I love the time where I am secluded from the world and my worries and I can just be outside. It clears my mind and relieves stress. I always feel better after I am being outdoors and active!

The one I need to personally work on more is taking time to unplug everyday. Find time to step away from my phone, technology, and social media. I need to take more time to think less and ponder. To make it a priority to rest my mind and body and meditate.

Daily dose of humor is also key! Laughter will always relieve stress and make you happy. Its amazing that our bodies can hold so much joy it makes us laugh. Always laughing and smiling is something that brings happiness in my life!
