Almond Butter Fudge Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup desiccated (finely shredded), unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup creamy almond butter (look for brands with just almonds)
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil (infused with 1–2g strain of choice)
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp flaky sea salt
Optional toppings:
- 70% dark chocolate chips
- Hemp seeds
- Roasted almonds (chopped)
Create:
- Literally, put everything except the salt in your blender, and pulse until it’s really smooth.
- Pour it into a lined loaf tin, and sprinkle with the sea salt.
- Leave the tin to set in the fridge or freezer (one to two hours).
- Cut into 10 squares, and let the good times roll. (You can store the bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.)
- Note: If you’re using one gram of “herb” for your coconut oil, each square will be about 10mg in strength if you follow our guide. For two grams, it’s closer to 20mg.
