In the meantime, perfect your fudge game, and you’ll never look back.

Almond Butter Fudge Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup desiccated (finely shredded), unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup creamy almond butter (look for brands with just almonds)
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil (infused with 1–2g strain of choice)
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt

Optional toppings:

  • 70% dark chocolate chips
  • Hemp seeds
  • Roasted almonds (chopped)

Create:

  1. Literally, put everything except the salt in your blender, and pulse until it’s really smooth.
  2. Pour it into a lined loaf tin, and sprinkle with the sea salt.
  3. Leave the tin to set in the fridge or freezer (one to two hours).
  4. Cut into 10 squares, and let the good times roll. (You can store the bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.)
  • Note: If you’re using one gram of “herb” for your coconut oil, each square will be about 10mg in strength if you follow our guide. For two grams, it’s closer to 20mg.
