The point is, if workflow Bots are going to be as ubiquitous as everybody is forecasting, the world needs a URI scheme to identify bots and launch it. Whether such bot launcher is embedded into the messengers or in the browser or as part of the OS is more of a distribution detail. If I were the CEO of a messaging app company, I would want the messengers to be the “Browser for Bots” as well.
