I like how you applied your previous baking experience and research to use creative techniques when making your cookies. I would’ve never thought to use powdered sugar to change texture, cookie cutters when frying, or swirling different doughs/batters together.
I wish you showed how you rolled the doughs together in your first idea test. I’m a rookie baker and I’m interested in learning how to layer flavors/textures that way.
What if you made Cinna-apple Pie Cookie “balls”? It’d be fun to take a bite into a cinnamon doughy or crunchy ball to discover spiced apple deliciousness.
