I like how your design process was driven by the role of the cookie and what they mean to you personally. It’s clear that your idea generation approach resulted in incredibly creative and detailed ideas.

I wish you tried to make your original caramel apple cookie cake pop idea. I am totally in love with the idea of a pop cookie (and they could TOTALLY look like a pokeball…..).

What if you incorporated some apple flavor into the cookie dough? I’m not sure if there’s “apple extract” but it would be cool to use chunks of apple (maybe red in addition to green apples?), apple sauce, or apple juice instead of water in the recipe.
