Hello! I really loved your idea of the popcorn cookies! What a great idea to do a salty/sweet combination! Plus, popcorn is one of my favorite snacks! I really like that you started with so many flavor combinations! I would have never thought of doing a lot of these combinations as I am not that creative when it comes to flavor. I wish that you would have shown how you were using the pastry bag. From the final picture, it is extremely hard knowing that you shaped the cookie into a special shape, which is why it was a trial, however it would have been great to see what the product looked like before hand! What if you tried different popcorn flavors in your cookie? I think kettle corn would taste amazing with it! I think it will add another flavor depth to your cookie and play even more into the salty sweet combination! Great job and you had an amazing tasting cookie!
