Hello Sarah! I really liked your idea of raspberries with bacon! I thought that was a really unique and creative idea for your cookies! I also liked how you tried multiple different ways to incorporate the jam into the cookie! I am glad you picked the the cookie with the jam on top, as I think it adds another appealing look to your cookie! I wish you had designed the page a little bit more. I love the photos that you placed on your page, however it would be great if the photos could line up with the words, like your idea generation photo would be with the title. I think this will even help improve your cookies even more! I wonder what would happen if you added the bacon to the dough? Maybe this would add another flavor addition? Also, this may sound really gross, however I have seen it done in other deserts, you add a little bit of the bacon fat in replace of a little bit of the oil for your cookie? I think this will also add more bacon to your cookie! Your cookie was really good and I enjoyed eating it!
