There is another solution. In the mid-term… elect Bernie Sanders.
I have been living in Colombia, Russia, France, Switzerland and now in Denmark. Of these, Denmark is by far the closest to gender-equality. I am working in a tech company. half of my colleagues are women aged 30–40; all of which have 2 children. All are advancing in their careers as men do. How is that possible? It’s a cocktail I guess: Shared paternity / maternity leave, government supported child-care and societal acceptance of shared responsibility towards raising children. I am not quite involved in US politics that much - but from what I have seen Bernie Sanders is the only candidate mildly moving towards non-sexist institutions.
