Booz Allen Hamilton or BAH provides government clients with management and technology consulting services. BAH has been around for almost 100 years providing these services. When Booz Allen Hamilton was started in 1919 it pioneered the concept of management consulting. The name Booz, Allen & Hamilton was adopted in 1943. During World War II BAH worked with the Navy to reduce red tape and get results to the soldiers and sailors in the field. New concepts developed by Booz Allen include PERT critical path charts and product life cycles. Notable projects over the years have included structuring the new National Football League, helping Chrysler turn around in 1979 and working on the NASA Space Station. In 2012 Booz Allen has revenue of $5.8 billion and a project backlog of $10.8 billion. Booz Allen has locations throughout the United States and in Russia, Georgia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. The headquarters office is in McLean, Virginia just outside Washington, DC.
