BandLink concert pages — Checklist
2 min readSep 12, 2018
Here I briefly list what our service can offer to those who organize concerts.
The main thing is that it can increase the number of tickets sold. And here’s how:
1. Concert page (with several options for buying tickets)
Benefit:
- When the ticket quota on one service runs out, your fans can buy tickets in another one (this case is from Eugen Merkushev of On-The-Go);
- You can gather your audience using retargeting pixels (both from Facebook and VK);
- You can target your future ads about a new release or a concert on the audience you gathered from the concert page;
- Using 1 link with all options to buy tickets in a post on social networks increases its organic reach.
2. Tour page (with dates and cities)
Benefit:
- You need just 1 link for the entire tour;
- You can gather your audience using retargeting pixels (both from Facebook and VK) for each particular city;
- You can target your future ads about a new release or a concert on the audience you gathered from the tour page;
- Using 1 link with all tour dates in a post on social networks increases its organic reach.
3. Shortened URL (to gather your audience)
Benefit:
- Nice and short link;
- You can use retargeting pixels (both from Facebook and VK) to gather your audience.
4. Using your own domain
Benefit:
- All links point to your domain (more trust);
- You can make your own branded link shortener.
5. BandLink campaigns (alternative to UTM tags)
Benefit:
- You can create any number of campaign links for 1 event;
- See statistics for each campaign link in one place.
6. Analytics for all links and pages
Benefit:
- You can see the number of clicks, services preferred by your fans, their city and country, referral sources;
- You can use a 3rd party analytics tools (like Google Analytics, for example).
